Kahlil Felder (Oakland)

Oakland's Kahlil Felder has emerged as one of the future stars in the Horizon League. In January the super sophomore was named to the Lou Henson award Mid-Season Watch List and he has continued to play better. Last season he led all NCAA freshmen with 212 assists, which was also a school and Horizon League record. He finished seventh in the nation with 6.4 assists per game and seven times he was named Horizon League freshman of the week. It’s no wonder he was named freshman of the year in the league and earned a spot on the Kyle Macy Freshmen All-America team. Felder recorded Oakland’s first-ever Triple-Double. According to CI’s Angela Lento, “Kahlil Felder is a future Horizon League Player of the Year.”
